- Any request for cancellation to be made within 3hours from the time of order confirmation.
- .Once the order is cancelled we will initiate the refund within the next 24 hours.
- Once dispatched the order cannot be cancelled.
- However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- Please note that there might be slight color differences depending on the monitor /device you are viewing the site from and we do not take resposibility for slight variations in the final product delivered.
What are the conditions for returning a product?
The following rules apply to returns:
- Products must be unused and provided with the original labels.
- Products are still in the original and undamaged with box.
- Returns must be provided with the fully completed return form.
- Return costs are not reimbursed.
If the products received do not meet these requirements, they will not be accepted and sent back
to you. Returns are processed within days of receipt. Please note that depending on your
bank, it may take up to business days for the booking to appear on your account.
Tip: always send your package with a track and trace number. My Little One Does not accept any
liability for loss or delay of packages in the postal service.

What are the available refund options?
- If MY LITTLE ONE unable to deliver your order, then complete refund will be made. We shall not
be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability, etc caused
due to non-delivery. - We do not take responsibility, if the delivery is delayed or not delivered by the vendors because of the bad weather or any other unexpected circumstances.
- If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, the refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase, please allow to working days for the credit to appear in your account, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over this.
